Terms of Use

SCREENIX is a web-based tool for monitoring and comparing P2P cryptocurrency offers on Binance and Bybit. It aggregates publicly available order book data in real time and presents it with filters, price alerts, and an auto-capture feature.

SCREENIX is not a financial advisor, broker, or payment service. We do not execute transactions on your behalf and have no access to your exchange accounts or funds.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering or using SCREENIX, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, and will use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Access to SCREENIX requires authentication via Telegram. When you sign in, we store your Telegram ID and basic profile information (display name and avatar).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your SCREENIX account, please contact us immediately.

You agree not to:

• make automated or bulk requests that overload or disrupt the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, API, or other users' data;
• circumvent technical limitations or security measures;
• use the service for any illegal purpose;
• distribute malware or interfere with the integrity of the service.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make based on data from the service, compliance with tax and cryptocurrency regulations in your jurisdiction, and the outcome of P2P transactions conducted on external exchange platforms.

SCREENIX provides a market monitoring tool — financial decisions remain entirely your own.

Full access to SCREENIX is available through a PRO subscription:

• Price: 9.99 USDT for 30 days of access.
• Payment: On-chain transfer via USDT TRC20 to a unique wallet address.
• Activation: Access is granted after blockchain confirmation (typically 1–3 minutes).
• Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. After 30 days, access is suspended until a new subscription is purchased.

When your subscription period ends, access to SCREENIX is temporarily suspended. Your account settings and data are retained. To restore access, purchase a new PRO subscription.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot issue refunds after a USDT TRC20 payment has been confirmed on-chain. If a transaction was processed but access was not activated, please contact us and we will resolve it manually. Technical errors on our side are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The interface, design, code, and content of SCREENIX are protected by copyright. Market data is aggregated from public exchange APIs and is not our intellectual property. You may use the service for personal use under these Terms but may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the interface or codebase without our written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain an uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or changes in exchange APIs. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Displayed offers may differ slightly from actual market conditions due to caching and network latency.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCREENIX is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses from trading decisions, losses from discrepancies between displayed data and actual market conditions, service outages, or actions of third parties (exchanges, payment networks).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we detect fraudulent activity or service abuse, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused subscription time is not refunded upon account closure.

We may modify, expand, or restrict service features at any time. Significant changes affecting how you use the service will be announced in advance via the interface or Telegram.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of your jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication — please contact us before initiating any formal proceedings.
